Submission of Abstracts

Electronic Submission of Abstracts Only

Submission Procedure:

Abstracts will not be accepted without completed Congress Registrations.

Authors must click the Abstract Submission Form link to submit their abstracts.The form will accept abstracts with a maximum of 3000 characters only. Any additional words will not be accepted by the Abstract Submission Form. Please note faxed abstracts will NOT be reviewed.

Abstract Format:
  1. Use italics only for genus and species.
  2. Abstract title must be in CAPITAL letters. Do not indent. Title should clearly indicate the content of the Abstract.
  3. Author and co-author names, institutions, cities and countries are to be typed under the title along with the presenting author’s email ID. Underline the name of the presenting author. Do not include degrees or professional titles (Dr., Med, Prof., MD, etc)
  4. Abstract text must be single spaced and justified at the left margin only.
  5. Text must be maximum 350 words. Text beyond the word limit shall be ignored and might be printed incompletely in the Abstract Book.
  6. The Abstract must be a “structured” abstract and include: Aims, Methods, Observations, Results and Conclusions or similar.
  7. The use of tables, graphs and other types of images in abstracts is discouraged.
General Policy

Individuals are permitted to submit a maximum of one abstract for Oral Presentation only. There is no limit imposed on co-authorship.
There will be no poster presentations at this meeting.
Abstracts may be submitted in English only.
Notifications of acceptance will be sent to presenting authors by email only. Abstracts will not be accepted without completed Congress Registrations.
Only the name of the presenting author will appear in the final Congress program. Submissions not conforming to above mentioned guidelines will not be reviewed. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept and reject abstracts for inclusion in the Program.
